Our History

Our story began when founder Andrew Kendell established a business providing shop-fitting and bespoke joinery services for clients in the Yorkshire area. Over time the business grew, our focus shifted and the company went through a rebranding to become Arrow Developments Ltd. This led to us successfully securing a contract with Care & Repair Ltd, the leading home improvement agency for Leeds City Council.

Director Ross Sullivan soon joined the company, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked at Leeds City Council as an adaptations surveyor and designer. Arrow Developments went on to secure further contracts with Calderdale Council and RFCA Yorkshire (Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association).

Through a selection of key acquisitions and contracts won, Arrow Developments are now well-placed to offer clients a complete turnkey solution for any adaptation of any size, including large accessible building projects. In just two years, we have successfully carried out hundreds of adaptations, which include double-storey extensions, fully accessible bathrooms, adapted kitchens, level access ramps and safe play areas for autistic children and adults in both public and private properties.

We are extremely proud of the reputation we have built for superb quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, which has enabled us to grow from strength to strength across all aspects of our company.
